We are delighted to announce the appointment of Sarinya Rouse to the position of Claims Director, AssuredPartners Hettle Andrews.

Sarinya will lead and direct the Commercial Claims Team and be responsible for the management of large and complex claims together with driving through the claims strategy, ensuring service standards and performance criteria is excelled and sharing her wealth of technical experience with our clients and claims colleagues. Sarinya joins from PIB and previously Marsh, where she spent 15 years in the Major loss team, having worked for over 25 years in commercial insurance, risk management and claims.
