‘’Joining Hettle Andrews, I would say, is like walking back into your own home after a long day, it has been warm, friendly, supportive and encouraging, with good coffee! I have quickly come to realise that working for HA is about having an eye to the future both as a great company to work for, but also allowing me to play my part in developing the business to better suit the clients’ needs moving forwards, which is exciting and refreshing. HA have been keen to support my learning journey giving me time for CPD and giving me access to qualified, approachable mentors which has bolstered my confidence to push forward. HA, to me, is about colleagues, now friends, working hard and respecting each other’s input but more than that, respecting each other in work and play. I’m happy to be home.” Dom Haigh BA(Hons), TechIOSH, FSC FRA, Associate – Risk Services
‘’Despite having started during a pandemic, throughout my short time at Hettle Andrews I have always been well supported in my role. Within six months, I have managed to gain my Cert CII qualification and I have had the opportunity to undertake a number of tasks which has helped develop various skills and improve my knowledge. Recently, I have been working towards increasing the efficiency of processes within Hettle Andrews and supporting the client advisors. The experience I have had over the past six months, has shown me that the team within Hettle Andrews are friendly, personable people who have a genuine interest in my development.’’ Helen Francis, Graduate Trainee, 2021
