The risk assessment was an invaluable exercise, involving meetings with all our service directors. This has given us confidence that the insurance we have in place is appropriate and covers all the “quirks” of our business. This is particularly important for us as we make changes going forward. Our previous brokers had not provided anywhere near this level of understanding. The fee structure is transparent and we have achieved an overall saving in our cost of insurance this year.
