Hettle Andrews Charitable Trust

The Hettle Andrews Charitable Trust (HACT) was established in February 2011 and is regulated and managed by the Charity Aid Foundation - CAF.

Being a leading specialist broker to the charity and not for profit sector and also having taken part in a number of events throughout the years that Hettle Andrews has been in business, the HACT was established to enable the team to direct their fundraising towards small local charities where a small amount can make a big difference. The Hettle Andrews team have welcomed the establishment of the Charitable Trust; it has enabled everyone to set an annual goal for fundraising and also to know that the events that we all take part in will count towards small local charities or not for profit companies.

Annually, at the beginning of our financial year 1st October, the team will establish their chosen charity(ies) for the forthcoming year and any fundraising that takes place within the year will be donated to these organisation(s).

Head of the fundraising for HACT is Debbie Folkes. Debbie has always been an active member of our fundraising activities over the last few years and was delighted to take on the role. As well as her enthusiasm to raise funds for the needy, Debbie has an important attribute – total dedication to ensuring that all the team get involved in putting something back into society – fully endorsed by the directors Jon and Jo.

"We are delighted to have established the Hettle Andrews Charitable Trust. Although in the early days the contributions to the charity and not for profit sector will be small, we are looking forward to the trust growing with us and in turn the number of beneficiaries who can benefit will grow too."
