We are regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) to undertake insurance mediation. The FSA are an independent, non-governmental body given statutory powers by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. As part of regulation we are required to submit half-yearly returns and are required to operate particular principles in the running of our business.. Amongst these principles are:
