FSA Regulation

We are regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) to undertake insurance mediation. The FSA Regulation are an independent, non-governmental body given statutory powers by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. As part of Regulation we are required to submit half-yearly returns and to operate particular principles in the running of our business. Amongst these principles are:
